Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The easy access ground floor room was convenient, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were larger than I expected, with added luxuries like a coffee machine and bathrobes, which was lovely. However, the rooms were very small and not clean. The service was inattentive and indifferent at times, but the concierge staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The location was great, tucked away from the busy streets of Mayfair, convenient to many areas in London. The dining experience was extremely slow despite plenty of staff, although the choices were amazing.
I felt like a Duchess with delightful toiletries in the very comfortable bed, nice marble bathroom, and a desk and chair in my room. However, the staff might have been a bit over the top by practically including themselves in our party at the room entrance.
The hotel offers the best hotel room I've stayed in, with clean, comfortable, and quiet accommodations. However, some rooms face a brick wall, which can be a downside.
The hotel room was pitch perfect, offering the best comfort I've experienced in London. The service was fantastic, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth. The location was perfect for exploring the city center, within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was very good overall, but there were minor issues with some items. The facilities were great and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a fabulous stay. They were excellent, as was the breakfast. The room was spotless and very comfortable, quiet, and inviting after a long day of enjoying London. The hotel even made my 30th birthday feel special with bubbles and cake.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a spacious bathroom, and the service was exceptional. The location couldn't be better, right around the corner from Buckingham Castle and within walking distance to many attractions. The dining experience was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. However, there was a minor issue with communication that required a reminder. Overall, a great value for the money.
